Around here, we don’t believe in “I can’t pull that off.” So we’re asking a few stylish women we know to try something new…for five days in a row. Jenna went first. Now, Kai Avent-deLeon—owner of the clothing and lifestyle boutique Sincerely, Tommy in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn—goes for it in our Into the Wild floral from the Italian print house Ratti®.

“I don’t normally wear prints, but this one was pretty hard to resist. It’s so fun—and perfect for summer.”

DAY TWO: THE TOP

DAY THREE: THE SHOES

At Sincerely, Tommy, in the Elsie pumps in Ratti Into the Wild print, an off-the-shoulder blouse of her own design and the striped Rory pant. “I love Bed-Stuy,” says Kai. “It feels like a real community.”

“My style is classic and comfortable yet sexy. I love that these outfits reflect that.”

DAY FOUR: THE BOY SHIRT
At Lovers Rock, a local reggae bar, in the boy shirt in Ratti Into the Wild print, her own jean shorts and Collins mixed metallic leather loafers

“Deciding to open my own store is the biggest risk I’ve ever taken. Getting out of your comfort zone is the only way to grow. My motto is ‘Risk everything to experience everything.’”

DAY FIVE: THE PANT
